The filter field for Amount is for the Face Amount. The Days Aged and Outstanding Amount are calculated amounts that cannot be filtered or sorted. The Invoice Amount Outstanding Report only shows Invoices and amounts paid against them. Deposits taken on account but unapplied are not included until applied to the invoice. See the Customer Invoice Deposit Outstanding Report. The unfiltered report total outstanding should balance to the Accounts Receivable Control Linked Account if there are no foreign amounts. If there are foreign amounts then the report total outstanding should equal the total of the Unpaid Invoices from the Simply Accounting - Customer Aged Detail report with Show Foreign Amounts. Invoices with a zero outstanding balance are generally automatically filtered out after calculated, however due to math rounding you may possibly encounter a zero balance in the report dispite the automatic exclusion filter. You can only use an And combination for the Customer Invoice Outstanding set of reports. If you use a combined "OR" filter the report will result in an error message. Days Aged is calculated as the difference between todays date and the invoice date.

Financial Statement Accounts Worksheet
This report summarizes GL Account balances into Financial Statement Account balances to assist in the preparation of Financial Statements. This report uses the General Ledger Worksheet Calculation Options to calculate the General Ledger balances that are summarized into the Financial Statement accounts. The report can be calculated using a number of different options that can generate YTD and Period reports. Set your calculations options before running the report. Debits are Positive, Credits are Negative. Net total Debits and Credits should equal 0.
To run a Financial Statement Accounts Worksheet report for a Department check the Include Departments Report Option.
This is a drill down report of the Budget amounts in the General Ledger Worksheet for either the Current Fiscal Period or Prior Fiscal Period. It can also be used in formulating budgets, showing cross line totals and down column totals. Set your Fiscal Period options before running the report. Then select a calculation date range in the Select Calculation Range Form when it pops up. You may have to run the report twice if you are using both Current and Prior Fiscal Periods.
Budget Periods are calculated using the dates you enter on the same method used for the General Ledger Worksheet Calculation; the month of the start date determines the Start Budget Period and the month of the end date determines the End Budget Period.
Debits are Positive, Credits are Negative. The Budget Report is rounded to the nearest dollar by each report column. However, the Total column is rounded from the total of the actual column amounts, including fractional amounts. If the actual column amounts are not whole amounts, that is they contain decimal fractions, the total of the rounded column amounts may not match the rounded Total column. However, the CSV data is always written as the actual amounts and can be formatted in the decimal amounts in Excel.

When you run a Report without the Department option or if you select the Root department option then all transactions for all departments are included as the root department is all business. However when you run a report for a specific department selection then only transactions for that department are included. Please note though when you run a report for a specific department and use certain filters you will receive only the data for the filtered department. So for example, if you run a department report with a Journal Entry ID or Journal Entry Source filter you will receive only the line with the department number which may not necessarily render complete journal entries for balancing purposes.
