About Simply More Reports for Simply Accounting by Sage
Simply More Reports uses
Microsoft .Net technology to data mine Simply Accounting MySQL database files
and produce reports for Simply Accounting that are not currently available in Simply Accounting or the Simply
Accounting reporting is not specific enough for certain accounting purposes.
Simply More Reports is designed:
- To handle complex data
extraction and ad hoc calculations for the most difficult Simply Accounting reports
challenges.
- To provide a data bridge
from Simply Accounting to Excel that can be used to prepare or analyze data
in Excel, such as develop custom Financial Statements. The program does this
by querying the Simply Accounting database and exporting the raw data into a
CSV file database that can then be operated on in Excel.
- To Use one of the Simply
Accounting additional user defined General Ledger Account fields to provide
a virtual Financial Statement Account for the purposes of preparing
customized Financial Statements in Excel.
