Breeze Time Management
Breeze Time Management Software is a detail employee time tracking software system and project time tracking software system for small businesses with basic scheduling and export capabilities. It is a stand alone Windows desk top program that maintains data in a Microsoft Access database file. The advantage of this type of system over an internet or cloud server based system is ease of administration for the small business and access to your data. The use of a standard Microsoft Access database file allows for easy access to the data using third party reporting software that can connect to this type of file.
The program provides several options for recording and importing employee time. Time can be maintained directly in the program including transferred from the schedule or there are several features that allow employees to maintain their own time on a remote disconnected basis that is then imported.
The program provides a Web Site Wizard that can be used to create and maintain a PHP driven Web Site that allows employees to submit time online into a web site csv data file which can then be downloaded and imported. An Xml file format employee time sheet can be created in the program and operated in the Free Time Sheet edition of the program on a remote basis which can then be imported. Also, time can be imported from a defined csv file format. Formatted Time Sheets that can be opened and updated in Excel by employees can be be created from the program.
Time can be exported in Excel XLS, Simply Accounting (Sage 50) IMP and Quickbooks IIF file formats. Also custom export formats can be developed by order.
