CompAcct Solutions Ltd. provides Computer Accounting Solutions for accounting software systems using Microsoft Excel, Access and .Net technologies and accounting software selection and setup consulting.

The Company has over recent years offered two small business basic bookkeeping software programs in Breeze Basic Bookkeeper and Breeze XL Books. These have now been replaced with a new basic accounting software product called Breeze Cash Accounting.

The company has developed a third party reporting tool for data mining called Simply More Reports that uses Microsoft .Net technology.

CompAcct Solutions Ltd. has used this technology to develop Simply More Reports for Simply Accounting by Sage to data mine Simply Accounting MySQL database files and produce reports for Simply Accounting that are not currently available in Simply Accounting or the Simply Accounting reporting is not specific enough for certain accounting purposes.

Simply More Reports for Simply Accounting by Sage is designed:

To handle complex data extraction and ad hoc calculations for the most difficult Simply Accounting reports challenges.
To provide a data bridge from Simply Accounting to Excel that can be used to prepare or analyze data in Excel, such as develop custom Financial Statements. The program does this by querying the Simply Accounting database and exporting the raw data into a CSV file database that can then be operated on in Excel.
To use one of the Simply Accounting additional user defined General Ledger Account fields to provide a virtual Financial Statement Account for the purposes of preparing customized Financial Statements in Excel.

Who has over 20 years experience working with numerous different computer accounting programs ranging from Main Frame programs to Desktop Programs like Simply Accounting and QuickBooks.
