About Breeze XL Books
 Breeze
XL Books is an Excel Bookkeeping Template designed by CompAcct Solutions Ltd.
This Excel Bookkeeping Template uses Visual Basic for
Application macros and requires Microsoft Excel to run in. Breeze XL Books is
about as simple as bookkeeping gets. All transactions are recorded into one
simple to use Synoptic, which is just a fancy word for a Check Book with a bunch
of columns to enter what your Deposits and Checks were for. Breeze XL Books is
designed primarily for users who do business and their bookkeeping mostly on a
cash basis. Transactions are entered into the system in a user friendly manner
and a small accounting engine under the hood does the rest for you. Excel
Templates provide you the power of Microsoft Excel to analyze your data.

Program Highlights

An easy to use program for users who want Excel Bookkeeping.

A very powerful Excel Bookkeeping Template using
Visual Basic for Applications programming.

All transactions are entered into the system in a Synoptic
worksheet. The Synoptic worksheet provides basically a Check Book type view
and allows you to record what your deposits and checks were for as well as
giving your running bank account balance.

The Synoptic columns can be customized in several different
ways so you can hide or show the columns you want.

There is a worksheet for General Ledger Accounts, Accounts
Receivable and Accounts Payable. General Ledger Accounts are limited to 100,
Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable are limited to 50 each.

There is a Financial Statements worksheet with a
preformatted Balance Sheet and Income Statement.

To get up to date accounting information there is a
programmed Journalize function that does it all at the click of the mouse.

The system comes with four programmed Reports including a
General Journal, General Ledger Activity, Accounts Receivable Activity and
Accounts Payable Activity.

A Transaction Analysis worksheet presents your data in a
database format that allows you to Sort, Auto filter, and Subtotal your data
using Excel's powerful data functions. From there you can customize your
own reports.

Breeze XL Books integrates seamlessly into Excel presenting
itself as a menu selection on the Excel menu. There is also a floating Command
Bar for rapid selection.

The program comes with an online User Guide and Help System.

Important: The Setup program and the
Breeze XL Books program use Excel macros. You must set your Excel Macro Security
Level to at least Medium and Enable macros when prompted to be able to complete
the Setup program and operate the Breeze XL Books Program.

installed with the program.
