Can you change date and number formats for the program.

Breeze Cash Accounting uses the Regional Options that your system is set for when formatting dates and numbers. To change date and number formats for the program you must change your system Regional Options. You must restart the program after you make Regional Option changes.

The Receipts Batch Debit/Credit signs do not balance

There is one reported bug where the Debit/Credit signs do not balance in the Receipts Batch form but balance in the Transactions form when posted. If you encounter this bug in the Receipts Batch form Select Calculate Totals from the Actions menu to correct.

What are the Limits of the Free Edition

The limits of the Free Edition are listed on the Free Edition Limitations dialog that is called whenever a process is run that includes the limits.

String was not recognized as a valid DateTime Errors

Depending on your operating system and Regional Settings in the Control Panel, you may receive this type of error when entering dates in a string format, such as in Report Filter Options. The program always expects dates to be entered as mm/dd/yyyy regardless of the Regional Settings. If you are receiving date type error messages set your Regional Settings to English (United States) Prior to using the program. This must be done before starting up the program.

If you have already entered transactions in another Regional Setting and they do not appear in filtered reports you must re-enter the transaction dates with the English (United States) Regional Setting.
